The National Metering & Safety Competency Programme (NAMSAC) is a hands-on capacity-building initiative designed to raise a new generation of skilled, safety-conscious metering professionals in Nigeria’s power sector. The programme blends structured classroom training with real on-the-job field experience, ensuring participants gain both technical competence and practical confidence.
